Its well balanced aromatic sweet-tart taste and explosively juicy and crisp texture makes Honey Crisp a favorite world wide. The fruit ripens around mid September in northern Vermont and stores fairly well. Jonathan and Golden Delicious are two good options for pollinator varieties.
